Audo Afteroom Bench
It started with a chair the Afteroom Dining Chair, a minimalist beauty designed by Stockholm studio Afteroom, so simple and elegant that it spawned an entire collection. The studio’s founders are husband and wife team Hung-Ming Chen and Chen-Yen Wei, who hail originally from Taiwan. Their design philosophy is inspired by Scandinavian design and a quest to reduce materials to a minimum. They want to design products that last a lifetime: “It’s design you can grow old with,” Hung-Ming and Chen-Yen tell us. The collection includes chairs, lounge chairs, benches and tables.
